Dear Sir/Madam,
I am holding HSBC credit card from last 2 years, now it has expired on February. From last 4 months I have been trying to contact bank to settle my account balance. But whenever I tried to contact the bank I got the reply that you need to speak to customer care. From the customer care I got several telephone numbers of debt settlement department, one of them is 022-67115687 where nobody replies. Now since my card has expired, bank has charged between that period more than Rs. 3000 interest charges and late payment fees. I want the bank to reverse the charges levied and settle my account without any further legal implications.
