Complaing on Outstanding payment on HSBC Credit Card

Hi,

My name is Sanith Erankandy, i am from pune. I am holding an HSBC credit card, which i have not used since May. I was being charged for not using that credit card which i was not aware of. Because when i got the card i was told this is free of cost and no additional or anual charges will charged to me. Previously i had one more HSBC credit card which got expired after that they had sent me this card which i didnt even ask for, for which i am being harassed because i am not using it. Now after 10 months HSBC calls up from 01145541697 and says i have an outstanding amount of Rs 6000 because i wasnt using the card and they closed my account in sept. I tried calling the local number that i had, to enquire and complain about the same at 02066028686. After calling this number one of the representative said they dont have the details and need to contact the collection office. They then gave me the collection office number 02266667070, i called up at the collection office number and the representative said that she cant help and i need to call the billing person named PRAMOD and gave his number 02066011422. I tried a lot but nobody responded. I want to get rid of this card, please advice how we can complain about this situation and get it resolved.
