Balance Transfer process is not doing properly

Hi I am Naveen,

I have HSBC gold credit card for the past one year. I have requested for a balance transfer due to outstanding bill on other credit card more than 20 days back. I gave all the detailes related to balance tranfer details. But till now i did not get any details (cheque) regarding this. Note: They informed that within 10 working days i will get a cheque related to that. Because of much delay, my due date on other credit card is very shortly and need to pay the amount immediately. Please do need ful things as early as possible.
