Selling one accidental policy by TATA AIG and then not cancelling it

Hi,

HSBC sold me one TATA AIG policy for which they said I need to pay INR 10 in the first month and then INR 700 from next month. The customer care number provided by them does not cater to the policy provided to me. After sending few sms also they did not called but instead I got a call from Bombay selling me another policy. When requested that kind person forwarded my call and I got a call and could cancel my policy after 1 month.

Now, for first month I was supposed to pay INR 10 which I paid as my account was containing some INR 16.But these people billed me INR 700 for next month even though I had cancelled the policy. I called HSBC customer care and they gave me one TATA AIG number which again was not catering to my policy. I called HSBC customer care and they said they'll look into it and I did not pay anything.

Now in this month's bill that INR 700 has been included along with late fine and taxes making it INR 120.I called HSBC customer care and they said they'll look into it. After 10 days I called them twice and they disconnected the call when I asked to talk to their manager so I've been forced to lodge the complain.
