A HSBC credit Card Issued for me on last week of July.
I had received a HSBC credit card First week of August
I swap the Card First time on 15th of August so expected first Credit card statement will come on first week of September.
When I got the Bill on September, I become Surprised that Late payment Charges (Rs:400), Finance and Service Charges has added to my bill and also Repayment Protection Premium has Deducted Two times on 30th July and 30th August (total 505.62x2=1011.24 Rs).
I have no idea why this type of Premium has deducted. When I called to Customer care, they told me that at the time of application for the Credit card I have signed a Insurance policy of Tata AIG, so that this premium has deducted. Where as I did not do any such Sign regarding this and no Call also come from Tata AIG for this Insurance..I Requested them Please send me a copy (Hard copy/Soft Copy) of that Singed document. After verification I will submit the bill. They agreed to send me such copy with in four days by post. But now around four months over I have not received any such document. Mean while I have called number time to customer care. But every time they said me different things. And the month of January the amount become around 1700 Rs. They just credited me the late payment charges of every month. But no action regarding the premium amount.
Please help me as early as possible, The amount will increase every month.
1.Why Insurance issued and Premium has deducted without my Knowledge before I received the Card?
2.If they have proof that I have Signed the policy, so why they not sent any such copy to me for my satisfaction as I know I didn’t sign anything?
3.Why they don’t sent any certificate of the policy REPAYMENT PROTECTION PLAN. (I canceled the policy when I got the statement after two months)?
4.Why customer care people giving me different solution of same problem and delayed the situation from four months?
5.Why they not sent me the Statement of July in my Gurgaon address or inform me regarding the statement?
F.Y.I. I have all the statement and dated, name of customer care executive I talked from September to till date.
