I am supposed to be a previlege Platinum Card holder of HSBC - my credit card number last digits are 0420. I recently was promoted from Gold card to Platinum in January. I have been requesting HSBC for the statement of my bill for the period of December 08 - Jan 10. I have been speaking to them since January 9th for this purpose. I spoke to HSBC Customer Care (hyderabad) atleast 30 times so far.
This is a list of people I spoke to - Philip, Archana, Sandeep, Sampurna, Das, Jaysuli. I have all the times and dates of these calls. Then I also spoke to their supervisors - Guru and Lavanya - who both promised to get the issue resolved and call me back. They wanted me to TRUST them - and I did but I was wrong.
The issue still is not resolved and these guys seem less to call and inform. I even spoke to Guru's supervisor - but seemingly HSBC has no check on how people perform or accountability of their employess. Sad but true!
