HSBC has been charging late payment fees, interest etc for no fault of mine. This is happening for last 3 years. Inspite of repeatedly telling them about this issue, there is no action omn their part for reversal of charges. I am getting calls from Delhi from their outsourced recovery department...
I don't know how to settle this? As there is no default from my side, making any single payment to HSBC is just ruled out.
