Hello, I have HSBC credit card for past 12 months and add on card also which i never use. They said that that card would be life time free when i receive card from them. Now i have received statement from HSBC. card charge Rs.2000 service tax and add on card charge Rs.1000 service charge which i never use. If they want to make profit then they can do any thing...
