I am a HSBC CC customer for more than 4 years now, The bank follows up with the customer for there payements regularly, even if the payment is not been made before the due date there used to be many follow up calls to make the payyment. For the past 4 months i have not received any statements from the bank nor have received any follow up calls from them. I have made purchases of Rs 900 (nine hundred ruppes) approx and for that neither i had received any statements nor any follow up calls from the bank. after 4 months during the month of April I receive calls from the collections dept asking me to pay rupees 2715 for which i was really surprised. The bank customer care is not in a position to justify why the statement was not mailed & no follow up calls were done to me. The statement that they have now couriered to me after MULTIPLE CAlls to HSBC customer care is also not legitimate about the various charges.
Please help me, I am being penalised and harrased from the bank for no fault of Mine.
