Dear Sir,
With ref. to my credit card, I have done One time settlement by paying Rs.8000/- which was amt. 50% of my outstanding. (find attachment of letter).
After this settlement on 21st May till today I did not received my Zero balance statement but receiving statements of increasing amts.
(pl. see PDF attachment).
When I approached CIBIL, there is new story, amt further increased under written off.
This is reduculus and harrassing, How can CIBIL amt kept incrasing monthly, when I did settelement for one time.
moreover, when I contacted to collection department they are not responding till today, I am not getting even personal appointment to meet concerns after daily calling them. They are just not taking my calls, I spent days out of HSBC office in Malad but Mr. Gavrav Mehra Who suggeted settlement way did not met me even once in his office.
Please clear my CIBIL report outstanding to Zero dated 21/5/08, after this date technically I am not liable to pay any amt to HSBC.
Please take note of it.
Kindly guide me, which is correct department and person to take this case legaly.
Please find my various communications to bank authorities.
I am copying this communication to AAJTAK which is my last hope.
Pl. note that my wife is seriously sick in trouma due to what's happening with us from last one year.
I will appreciate your response at earliest.
