I Am murugananthan. am using HSBC Credit Card for past 3 years.
Last 6 months i didnt receive a statement. I called to your customer care that he told that am using E-Statement. But i lost my security device & also forget password.
I could not use E-Statement. I Mentioned the same to your customer care. But i didnt receive any proper reply.
