Details of complaint: Sir,

I have a credit card where outstanding due to some unnecessary charges. After pressure from your recovery agents the amount was settled Rs. 8000/- which I was deposited by cash through receipt no. – 0497146 dated 20.12.08. The amount was also credited in my account for which, I got a SMS and bank statement. But the problem is now, after agreed settlement amount the balance show Rs. 4000/- (approx.) which have to NIL in the condition of agreed settlement with Ms. kalpna (telephone no. of his is 011-45536073 mobile9999680682) of your office. As per the statement of Ms. kalpna the telephonic call of settlement was recorded and no any forgery happened after the settlement and balance of the account will be NIL within the three hours after depositing the cash but after passing 5 months no appropriate action have been taken. after 2 months i contect this mobile mr ajay and mr harish but result is nil. Therefore, kindly look into the matter and do needful at the earliest with the information to me.
