I have a credit card of HSBC Bank card NO.4384599981382434 in the name of Manoj Thakur. Futhur I would like to mention that have never used this card as per my knowledge till date. I got a credit card statement from HSBC Bank only via e-mail which i was not able to open. I was shocked to see that there is a debit balance of 20000 in my statement which has drawn as a cash from ATM. I had visited HSBC office at Chandigarh and told them about the misuse of my credit card but did not got an satisfactory answer. Instead of probing the matter they did not even took my written complaint. I have asked them to clarify that which ATM machine and from where this amount is withdrawn and as there is a CCD camera in every ATM machine. So kindly collect the video of that also. Because I am 100 % sure that this amount is not withdrawn by me or my this credit card.
As I am really getting frustrated with this. So kindly help me to resolve this issue.
I have not paid any amount to this account till date and hence the intereset and other charges are building up. Request you to kindly consider my complaint and resolve the matter.
