Closing of card

I was using HSBC credit card past 2 year. I was not recieving statement past 1 and half year but I was paid what I expensed in the card. Past 6 month I not paid any amount because of i am out of india. before go out of country I contacted cutomer care to close the card (6 month before) they told I have to pay 1, 15, 000 (But i spent half of the money only). Yesterday HSBC bank agencied called to my office HR and asked my personal details but they not given. My HR asked me to contact a Person (9999680682, Ronak sharma) who called to office.

I spoken with him. He told I have to pay 2, 08, 000. which include late payment, interest and all services charges.

I asked them to reduce some charges then I can close the account. finally he accepted for 90000 to close the account. I agreed to pay through VISA transfer to the card.

Please tell me How can i ensure if I pay 90000 the card account has been closed or not. what document I should get before paying this amount.

If possible please give any contact ID or contact no from HSBC side.

Please help me out from these.
