Cancellation of Card

My name is Lakshmi and I am from Chennai. I am a HSBC Credit Card holder for the last 5 years. Its almost one year since I have used the card and I have been harassed by HSBC's recovering agent to make payment of minimum amount due. I now wish to settle the account for the value of usage of card and I have requested them innumerable times to send statement for the last one year for which the agent demands Rs. 500. Are these statements not computer generated? Is HSBC so poor in customer care that they charge fees for providing statements? I am not prepared to settle the account unless & until I receive consolidated statement for the last two years atleast. I seek the Board's assistance to render justice - Thanks
