Credit Card Application Status

Dear Sir,

I have applied for Credit Card since last two months. I got a message on my mobile about reference no. which is 200817991481.

And after that i had sent 2 to 3 mails for my application status inquiry. But i yet not received any call/ credit card information.

Please inform me my application status as soon as possible.
