I would like to submit that around one month back one of your executive namely Smita Puri (Code: DDAP000607) had approched me with an offer of annual charge free 12 month package credit card of your esteemd bank and got filled up all requisite forms and certificates from me. She also issued me a ackowledgement slip sr. No 7489512 with a marketing code DDAA. After that i have received a registration serail no from your bank on sms which is 35620082481010182. However recently i tried to contact the executive on her mob no 9999718164 but i couldnt contact her. I woul like to state that i am not at all eager to have the credit card in may hand since i got other cards, but it is a great concern to me if the details furnished are being misused. It is pertinent to mention that it was only your executives who had compelled me toapply or her commission.
Would be greatful if you could investigate the details and an reply from your side is eagerly awaited.
