Calling 3-4 in a day for Credit Card on Office Phone

I am getting calls 3-4 times a day on my number 020-66733124 from HSBC Credit Card from these numbers.

020-66202307

Is there any provision so that i can complaint in Consumer Forum.

Please guide me so that i can take a strict action about the same.
