Bill not received but late payment charged

Dear Sir,

Please refer to your statement for credit card number 4384 5999 9968 9820 for the month of December.

I am disgusted to see the late payment fee levied for Nov without your sending the staement to me. Levying a late fee by not sending the statement is cheating the customer. While I will settle the bill this will be the last time that I will be dealing with HSBC please cancell my card forthwith and confirm as I do not wish to transact with an organisation which does not have basic process in place
