Misguided by Bank People
I am holding Gold Card from HSBC. No. is 5548 5199 9849 4402. I was following up with Collection centre executives to collect the payment, they always confirm the dates and slots to collect money but no one turned up to collect the same. and Bank charged me lot of late payment and interest charges.
When i contacted the customer support she directed my line to her senior officer Advisor. Her name is Priti Randive. I was shocked after talking to her because of her rudeness and she herself told me that collection centre executives are not supposed to collect the payment when i asked her that then why did they committ that they will come and collect the money, her answer was that i was misguided by collection centre executives.
I was always ready to pay for my purchases if they will waive off my other charges.
I had a very very bad experience with the HSBC Credit card people. and the people who are front ending this organisation are really very rude and not at all supportive and cooperative with their customers.
