HSBC goldmaster card
1.balance due on my credit card 2. activation of my credit card

I have been using my PNB cobranded HSBC Gold master creditcard 5177 5599 9990 1243. My last payment was Rs 4108 on 17-12, The subsequent demand is not received till date and the information generated on website shows only the above amount as still unpaid.

In the meantime the abovementioned creditcard wais withdrawn without prior intimation nd a new card 5548 5119 9200 3586 was issued to me. Ii observe that the new card is still to be activated even after one month and even after I took up the matter with your customer care cell a couple of times.

Please inform me by returnemail -- the amount due against my old card (No. 5177 5599 9990 1243 with details of transaction and Pay by Date.and also let me know as what hasb been done by you on the reward points in my favour.

Please also confirm that the ne credit card has now been activated
