My name is Sabitha T.M. My HSBC Credit card number is – 4476 9299 8574 0528. This is to inform you regarding a negligence from HSBC which is still continuing even after getting confirmation on clarification and reversal of the same.
I am attaching the communication I had with HSBC and the nodal officer. Please do the needful and let me find a positive solution for this issue which has made me very much insecure.
