I have purchased HTC Touch Diamond CDMA phone worth Rs.30, 000. From day one it has been a pain, first there was a mic problem after 3 visits and innumerous call those guys replaced my handset. In the new handset the battery was barely giving me a talk time of 1.5 hrs. I lodged a compaliant and never got any reply from HTC, one fine day they called me and asked me to take the handset to their Borivali service centre, Taipain Electronics. They took my phone, sat on it for a whole week just to let me know that there was no problem in the battery. After my constant visits, they were ready to replace the battery. But alas the new battery is all the more worst.
The costliest phone with this kind of a battery life and to make matters worst the customer care department has no knowledge what so ever about the products. It seems they have recruited a bunch of fools. Now the service centre guys seem to be ignoring my phone, they have started giving me lame excuses. I seriously need a solution for this.
