MODEL: P3400i AUTO MULTISELECTING

I have purchased HTC Mobile GSM Model: P3400i (sr no:353533011386623). Last month 10-08. Relience Hyper Mart motikhavadi Jmanagar-361142.

Now Back light display of phone is not getting off autometically.

And always its Icon selection is continuously flickering.

after making all settings (soft/hard restting has no use).

Now that retail seller from whom i have purchased is not giving any proper response.

TILL TODAY IT IS NOT SOLVED
