Booked the ticket with different passenge

I booked the ticket with the passenger name "Sumit Wadhwani", but on the ticket, it is reflecting "Gaurav Gupta"

Customer care person say, you need cancel the ticket and book the fresh ticket.

It is website issue, then why I should pay airlines cancellation charges and ezeego1 handling charges?

Please file a complaint against ezeego1.
