Dear Sir,
My friend has applied for TIKONA (wired) Broadband. The connection was installed nearly a month ago. He is staying in Ravet. Since installation the connection is working for few days only i.e. 10%. he has called many technicians/seniors in Tikona.in. They told that there is problem in the device which is installed on the terrace. But no one is coming to replace the device.
At-last my friend is complaining to this forum and within few days to the Ministry of Communication & IT.
1. Service very-very poor.
2. I appeal to the public; do not g for this brand.
