We sent our parcel from Delhi vide (DTDC courier) our consignment no-Z97279294 dated 24 August to Dr. S P Sharma -Director, Department of HealthCare, Human Services & Family Welfare, Government of Sikkim, Tashiling, Gangtok-737101, Sikkim. Till date 2 September the parcel has not been delivered to him and we are facing lot of hardship as the document is very important in line with our ongoing project with the Govt. of Sikkim.
We tried calling the customer care but it is of not much help. They told that they would get back to us but we never get any response. The higher concern higher authority of DTDC courier should look into it so that your esteem organisation don't give the bad impression of your services.
