Sir,

I had recharged my airtel mobile no. (Maharashtra region), on 8 aug for Rs 333.

As per the policy of the site in case the amount is not delivered the amount is refund to the account within 7 days.

since the day of recharge i have complained several times but all invain. every time a confirmation mail is sent with a message mentioned below
