Net Work problem

Dear sir

I have two no. I am faccing network problem since from bigning (When connected)

I have gievn soo many times complent regarding poor network problem. Till today no one can come to my place (Site) to rectify my problem. I have given complent in your offices in Laxmi Narayan Complex Station Road Hubli & Oppsite to KMC Hospital Vidyanagar Hubli. Your office staff says that when ever i give complient they are telling we are improving network. But till today no work has been done.
