I was a customer of Hutch before Vodafone took over, my hutch number was 9986001963, I had received pathetic service from this service provider, I was not allowed to speak to customer care when i had issues with the service, I never had an opportunity to speak to any one of Hutch /Vodafone to address my issues, because of this inconvenience I opted for different phone service provider. At the time of switching my relation ship with different vendor I had outstanding bill of RS.2400, which I haven't paid till date because is was not happy with the service i received.
Now I get threatening call from some one who is part of Vodafone saying they will file a legal case against me, he calls himself a lawyer hired by Vodafone because I didn't pay the bill, also he called a lady of our family saying you have to pay the bill because I have spoken to her most of the time using this number, The person who called also used abusive language and he calling her several times.
I would like to file a case against this person or the company he represents because they have hurt my family member. He doesn't have any right to call some one in my family and use abuse language against them.
Please some one help me how to go about it. Thanks in advance.
I also want to know is Vodafone hiring a rowdies to recover the outstanding balance
I am not saying I will not pay the bill, but let some one come to me and here what was the problem I had while I was a customer of this company.
