Sub: Complaint regarding my Hyundai I-10 car bearing Engine No. G4HG8M590936 and Chasis No. MA1AM5LBR8M175497 purchased on 30.09.2008.
Dear Sir,
As earlier informed you vide my various mails to your Company and to your local dealer M/s Harsh Automobiles (P) Limited, Indore and complaints at your call center, we once again draw your attention towards the problem of Pick-up and Gear Shifting in my above referred car, copies of our mail and reply of your local dealer are attached.
It is very much regrettable that your Company as well as your local dealer put a deaf attitude towards our complaint and were just giving assurances, and now even stopped to reply our complaint. We have taken our car at both the workshops of your local dealer as and when they asked for it, but all went in vain. Your local dealer informed us through their letter dated 13.05.2009 that my compliant has been forwarded to M/s Hyundai Motor India Limited, Mumbai and assured that Service Engineer of the Company will visit Indore and will look into my complaint/problem, but this too was turned to a mere dream as till date I have not heard anything from your Company or from your local dealer. It appears that your Company is just avoiding/running away to sort out my problem/complaint in may subject car.
We feel that this car has some mechanical/technical manufacturing problem, hence we finally request you to immediate sort out the problem/complaint or change the car within 15 days of receipt of this letter, otherwise we have no other option to take up the matter to Consumer Forum, for which you will be fully responsible.
In spite of our bad experience, we still hope to get a quick response from your side.
