They not refund my money

Sir

i am doing betech in through IAME (indian institute of areonautical and marine egineering. study center) bangalore, padbanapanagar, opp- vinayakar temple. some of my personal problem i discontiue my study, this mean time i paid for fourth sem fees of 16500 RS. and i also i informed them about my discontinuation. and i asked them about my money return. they not giving good responsble about this.

please guide me,
