Dear Sir,
Today i talked (My No. 9818419104-Delhi) Mr Arun-an Airtel Customer Care Executive around 10.54am (26/12).
Problem was that, i get a call from one of my friend who name and number is saved as the ist entry in my mobile address book, saying that he has received a message "Paging" on his landline phone screen from my no., while my phone was kept at my desk for the whole last night and even till 10.48am. I tried the customer care no 9810198101, after 'a long wait for almost 3-4 mins being onhold', i could get in touch with Mr Arun. The Executive was polite in the beginning. But he started questioning me only that its must be your fault and that only you have send the message etc etc. I repeatedly ask him to suggest me why is this problem with my number is happening. He rudely told that u must have send some message thats why it have reached the other end and also there are 4 reports saying message pending in my inbox. He even ask me what is the meaning of pending report in my inbox. This is something ridiculos an executive is asking me meaning of the message saying 'delivery report pending'. I requested him to transfer the call to his senior/ some else and asked him where is he stationed. he simply told me 'why should he transfer the call and i dont know where i am speaking from and i dont need to tell you where our customer care unit is located' and he cut the fone.
I request the corporate HR to select such executives only after reading the competency & attitude of such executives. Further they must be trained on the latest technologies, behavioural/attitude and problem that any customer may face. Also there is a need of updation of the manpower/ software so that a customer has not no wait/on hold for over a minute. This may give a boost to Bharti Airtel business customer would be satisfied. Since similar experience may have been faced by various customer, who could have never ever contacted you for any misbehaviour from airtel executives. Further i would request you to acknowledge me about the corrective actions and also the preventive actions if any, done at the corporate or local level for customer as well as service satisfaction.
