PAN card not received

Respected Sir/madam

As I have lost my original PAN card, I have placed the request for duplicate card on 08-Apr through NSDL in hyderabad. Acknowledgement Number:061820100057645. Online status is showing 'Your application for 'New PAN Card or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data' is under process at Income Tax Department'. All the details given are correct, but still haven't received the PAN card. They have not asked me for FIR. My parents are staying in Hyderabad so they will be able to receive it when dispatched.

I need the PAN card urgently, please suggest me how do I go further. Earlier I have applied through UTITSL on 26-Feb, Coupon no is: 018033062, even then no use. Right now I am staying in Bangalore, do I have to write any letter to Income Tax department. My Pan card no is: AJFPM7609B, contact no:09740199116. Please HELP
