No receive pan card

I applied for pancard in may, & my despatch date is 21st may

but till now i didnot receive my pan card . icalled in customer care than i got information to fax on mum fax no.with all detail

i did it . now it is same condition

my pan no.is AHGPT4386H

so pls check it
