Dear Sir,
I have recently applied for a home loan, my loan was rejected stating few reasons of non-payment in the year 2004 & 05 and the bank is not providing me further details of the CIBIL report.
Kindly guide me how to file a compliant against the reporting agency who has not informed CIBIL with incorrect information or not information me appropriate, nor has ensured accuracy in the report. I do not find any outstanding loan due as I 've promptly resolved everything and request you to guide me to file a dispute against the reporting agency as I don't have a clue who is the reporting "agency".
Due to this, I have gone through multiple rejections losing few opportunities of a house. We need to condemn such behaviour of the banks and stop it forever, hence will need your guidance on suiing the bank for the mental torture.
