Provident fund not transferred

I am Rajan gupta, resident of 2085, street mahavir, bahadur garh road, sadar bazar, delhi 110006.

I completed all the formalities for the pf withrawl on 26th march and yet not received it either in my bank account or in cheque at home

my employee code in ibm was 60698 and on the sleep which was given to me by pf office its written as

10640/20404 which could be a reference number. Plz do something for my concern.
