People who are looking for BPO career be carefull. Never Join IBM DAKSH Bangalore. They treat you like slaves. If a normal working time is 9 hrs they make you work for 12 hrs. Dont expect awsome package, incentives and night shift allowance from them even if you are working in night shift.
