Enquiry about PF Withdrawal application Status (PF number: KN/BN/19214/067374)

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Australian and was working with IBM India in Bangalore, and I left IBM in 20/7.

IBM submitted my PF withdrawal application to RPFC on 5th of November (My PF number: KN/BN/19214/067374).

Till now I have not received the money in the specified bank account. Currently, I am no longer in India,

I tried to call RPFC on 080-25613382/25617629/25734590, but no one answers.

Would you please advise when I can get my money?
