IBM India Private Limited
Non-receipt of my provident fund!!

I was working with IBM India Private Limited, Bangalore, for nearly 3.5 years. I left the organization in June. In August I had submitted my PF withdrawal Form, duly filled and signed, to IBM authorities. My PF no. is KN/BN/19214/030579. Till date, I have not received my PF amount. Pl let me know the status of the same.
