On 29 oct in the process of reserving a e-ticket on IRCTC website, the amount for the Ticket was deducted from my credit card but the Ticket was not reserved. The executive of IRCTC confirmed me that the ticket was not reserved and the amount will be refunded to the credit card. But till date the amount was not refunded to me. A email stating the transaction Id for the refund of the amount was received from IRCTC in the month of dec. I also raise a dispute in ICICI AMX card division on 10 Dec but they are not giving any status regarding the resolution of the dispute.
