My ICICI account no. is 631901009732. I had been using ICICI Credit Card No. 5177-1944-4274-3008 and 4477-4742-2176-8008.
Bank has put lien on my account without informing to me. I wrote the below given email to the bank but they are not ready to listen anything. Officers call me daily for 2-3 hrs at their premises and threaten me for the payment. I wait there for hrs before; and if someone attends me. And, the concerned officer who asked me for the minimum amount, now says that my case is not with him anymore and he doesn’t know who will handle this further.
Sometimes they put lien of rs.93000 and sometimes of rs.26000. I waste my office time daily in the bank. I’m really tired of all these things.
I request to you to please provide a valid solution to my problem.

I’ve settled my credit card account for 4477-4742-2176-8008 and I have received the settlement letter also for the same.
I’ve also paid the minimum amount for 5177-1944-4274-3008 as per bank’s collection manager Mr. Swaranjeet Kaushal (Collection Manager - Cards), Mobile 91-99888-96104. My receipt no. is C0109 and customer copy no. is 7513920 dated 27-03. He assured that by paying the minimum amount he will apply for the Reversal to my account and then after I’ll get my settlement letter by paying the rest of settlement amount.
My problem is that ICICI again has put a lien on my account and its showing me negative balance. I want to know the reason for this harassment to the customer? Your officer is saying something and your bank is doing something else! Don’t you people have any communication in between or you have tendency to play with?
Please let me know the clear procedure to follow and any senior responsible officer, who can handle this case successfully.
