This is Jayaram. K

I called ICICI bank to generate a pin for my debit card and their phone banking division have been telling me that they have a technical snag since 12:30 pm today (09-06) it is 6:00 pm now.

They have been telling me to call after 10 min, 15 min and now they claim they have some problem with the technical system.

I havent seen this kind of harassament even in government agencies.

There officers are absolutely pathetic and do not know how to talk to customers.

I guess their management should look into these issues seriously or else they would be working from 8 to 8 but not serving any customer!
