Non-receipt of credit card statements

I am not receiving credit card statements since June. When I contact Phone Banking Officer, I am told that they have despatched the statements. Since 2004 I had been receiving the statements to my residential address only. But, I am not receiving the statements since June. I suspect that the courier agency, to which the statements are handed over for delivery is not delivering the same at my residential address. I am learnt from Phone Banking Officer that the statements have been delivered to some Mr Kiran Raj. But no such person is available at my residential address. Therefore, the ICICI Bank has to ensure the delivery of statements to the person intended for. If anything goes wrong by misuse of credit card number, the ICICI Bank has to take responsibility.
