Hello!
I am absolutely fed-up with ICICI bank.
Not only is their staff useless and do not take appropriate action in most cases, some of them are rude to the point of insolence.
I have written to this bank for necessary action, which request of course has fallen on deaf ears - at least so far. I am writing again today and will await their response before initiating legal action as appropriate.
I would like to know what class action can be taken against this bank, so that other customers do not have to go through the sort of harassment I went through.
Can I also get a copy of the 300 or so complaints received by you against this bank?
