Hello,
I lost my credit card 28 th Oct. I had four times applied for reissue credit card. But ICICI bank not able to delivered my credit card but they always delivered payment statement of the card.
I have five times complaints. Complaint id: SR 82935300, SR7250881, SR 85990674, SR84281711.
Today i just made a request to reissue my credit card and want to know why do not they delivered my credit card. The Customer care Executive "Shana Shaiyad" I talked with her 4.46 pm to 5.10 PM (19 Dec).
and also ask for talk with her seniors but she was soooooooo rudely and Misbehavior.
I am really frustrated to ICICI Customer care service There is no care of the customer even Shana shaiyad did give me Complaint id. Please help me out of such irritating icici customer care services.
