Bill releted problem

Dear SIR,

Ihave a credit card number4477460863790004

we have used 9000 rupees with the card and paid in time with the other charges

I have broken the car and put in the drop box in atm centreI have also sent a aletter to the bank regarding caancellaation of the saame card.

aagaain I have received the statement thaat I have to pay 947 rupees more. SIR, now how and why should I Pay more I am a small employee.

please look after my compalintand send me a letter otherwise your bank stafaf will call me 20 times in a day and harass me
