Debit amount wihtout instraction

Dear Sir

I am holding of ICICI Credit Card # 4477 4742 0429 1002

He debit LIC payment regularly without any instraction.

after complaint to custotmer care they give credit after one months but I not understand why they debit this amount to me.

Please do needful about me.
