About custmar care person & tran

I have not done any tran. with icici prudential, and u show one trans. in my statement. and from last two month i connect with your custmer care person but they are not give me any right answar, and they meke me misgide when i call him then they make me on hold, and don't tack with me, they tell me thet we forward your call to my sinear, but they not forward, hafe n houre, i confram in icici pru. there are no policy activeted in my account . plese solve my problem and connect with me as soon as possible.
