Harassing calls

I have been rceiving missed calls from the following numbers continously.

The numbers are 022 - 40270600, 40171300.

This started few days back & once i tried to speak to the person & he said that he was from ICICI bank.

I had warned him not to call me again. But after few months, i have started getting missed calls again.

If i call back on this number, only an answering machine replies to it.

I have seen some of the complaints submitted here against the same number.
